How we positioned Antric for the next phase of growth for their brand.
Client
Antric has had an impressive journey: what began as a university project at Bochum University of Applied Sciences is now an independent company. Antric produces robust cargo bikes for professional use in last-mile delivery. Seven years of intensive development work went into the project from the initial idea to series production in 2022, and the results are impressive: the electric cargo bikes are now conquering logistics companies, municipalities, leisure facilities, and many other industries that rely on sustainable and practical transport solutions.
Task
When a brilliant idea turns into a real business, there comes a point when “it'll work out somehow” is no longer enough. That's exactly where Antric was: with a simple one-pager and a rather confusing collection of information, they had a great product, but their website was still in its infancy. It was time to take it to the next level! Our task was to help Antric take a big step toward professionalization. That meant starting from scratch and completely rethinking everything. From target group analysis to a well-thought-out communication concept to the creation of all content. Because even the best product needs the right digital presence to be seen and understood.

Start-ups don't need endless coordination loops, but pragmatic solutions. That's why we used the website update to professionalize Antric's corporate design. With a lot of sensitivity. Instead of throwing everything out, we refined the design while staying within proven guidelines. The result is a public image that is pragmatic and contemporary without completely changing the brand identity.
deep dive: who is Antric really?
In intensive, collaborative sessions, we got to the bottom of the question: Who is Antric and what does the company stand for? Together, we worked out the start-up DNA and at the same time focused on the impressive versatility of the areas of application. Through precise target group analysis, we were able to tailor all content and systems to fit perfectly. The result is a digital presence that is both authentic and professional.
website relaunch: modern, flexible, scalable
All content revised, new sections developed, everything brought onto a modern and flexible platform: The new Antric website can grow with the company. It was important to us not only to create a beautiful design, but also to create a system that meets the dynamic requirements of a growing start-up.
empowerment: tools for independence
We want our customers to have control over their own brand. That's why we designed the website so that the Antric team can maintain it independently and fill it with new content. In a final workshop, we handed over the CMS and trained the team. In this way, we provide our customers with the tools they need for their further development and continue to be available to them in an advisory capacity.
